I like to dance! Always have and always will.
And as I walk through this journey of becoming the healthiest person I can be, I make a point of finding ways to incorporate fitness into my everyday lifestyle.
But between me and you, I can be sort of a slacker sometimes. LOL. There. I said it.
To combat this, however, I’ve decided that I can do something… some kind of movement each day, even if it’s just for 15 minutes, or 10 minutes, or 5 minutes, or just 1 minute of motion!
You see, even if I give myself 1 minute of motion, that’s energy being used. And usually, once I get started, I almost always want to continue a little longer, until I’m dancing myself into a frenzy!
So, I’ve decided to add 1 minute of motion to this blog, just in case you’d like to join me for a little pep in your step! The more the merrier!
Now… let’s get up and dance!
